HOW LONG?

How long does delivery take?  1-3 workings days  We generally use overnight couriers however in the interest of under-promise and over-deliver we prefer to advise delivery times are generally 2-4 working days. Please allow an extra 1-2 working days for Rural delivery. During peak season, delivery times can be extended up to 5 days.

Please note that there may be delays in receiving your online order from 24th December until the 15th of January, due to limited courier runs.

If your order hasn't turned up within the expected delivery time frame, we recommend calling us on 033660129 or email us at merchandise@rollingthunder.co.nz and we will chase it up for you.

International Orders

We ship internationally. All our international delivery costs are determined by destination.  Displayed pricing is in  New Zealand dollars (NZD) only. International orders will be processed in New Zealand dollar.  When an order is shipped outside of New Zealand you may be charged duties or taxes by your local government before the items will be released to you, as these are beyond our control please check with your local customs department prior to ordering should you have any concerns.

International freight is sent by New Zealand Post and charges are as follows

• Australia NZD $25.00
• North America NZD $45.00
• Europe NZD $50.00

European countries that we ship to include: Switzerland, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, United Kingdom, Germany.

We do not ship to any countries not listed above.

The exchange rate is determined by international credit-card providers or banks, who may add an additional processing or administration charge. The international credit-card holder is liable for this.
